No, all lots are only available to be rented out. This is because CKB has tremendous confidence in the potential of our Wholesale Centre.
This will make it more convenient for tenants as well as they only have to deal with a single management and owner.
Maintenance fee shall be free of charge for 2019-2020.
Fee for 2021 shall be set at RM 2.00 psf subject to changes.

Yes, storage spaces will be available to be rented out only to CKB’s tenants at a special price on the 6th and 7th floor.
Tenants can only access 6th floor storage through the service lift. There will be no escalator, Aircon and toilet facilities in 6th floor storage. Prices will be in a range of RM 1,000 per lot depending on lot sizes.
